I visited this boutique on a Saturday and was greeted warmly and attentively . I left my name and number on a garment and agreed to return the following day to pick it up . I returned as promised and was told it was sold When I enquired why they didn’t ring me... The owner did say sorry ... but added it’s normal ... possibly normal for them but unethical in my world
