I hired two tanks over the weekend and found these guys to be very helpful and friendly. The dude behind the counter was very chilled and accommodating. The only inconvenience was that the store is not open on Sunday to return your tanks. However, they were happy for me to drop them off a day late on Tuesday. So all good!
These units are amazing - our whole family use it most weekends at Rotto and would absolutely recommend. Always great service in store too.
I have had breakdown after breakdown with the hookah, They have had to replace motor and compressor twice. Last time it was replaced had to deal with a staff member that had been at a 21st the night before and stunk of alcohol. He did not mount my unit back on the frame properly and I now have a cracked tank because he did not put the springs in to reduce the vibration. Powerdive now do not want to cover this problem. I would recommend by a cheaper and more reliable unit from anyone except Powerdive. Unreliable units and poor service.
