An exceptional Company. Very professional, very efficient and very clean, with outstanding customer service and customer care. Rodrigo and his team were on time and did an amazing job pressure cleaning the roof tiles, pressure cleaning the driveway and additional work that I requested on the day. The after sales service and care was equally as impressive and they responded very promptly when I asked them to check a minor matter. The entire team are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Crystal Services Group is an Organisation that prides itself on its customer service and backs its promise. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting cleaning work done around their house or at a commercial property.

I cannot recommend Rodrigo and his team highly enough. Rodrigo visited my home, we discussed all the things that needed cleaning. He had his team around within a couple of weeks, delayed only due to bad weather. They literally cleaned my whole house including gutters, roof, walls, windows (inside and out) and fly screens that were is a sorry state. Nothing left unwashed. They had a high pressure water cleaner that brought my tiles back to life. I am so very happy with the service. They even called a day later to check that they didn't miss anything. It was an Absolute pleasure to deal with your company . The complete service was so professional . The young man who came was very committed and respectful and did a beautiful job. Both my friend and I Had our apartment windows cleaned as our husbands are no longer able to do them and it is wonderful to know a company that we can rely on for future services.
Crystal cleaning services were reliable, efficient and communicated well. Their price was competitive and service was great. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future for regular house maintenance.
I contacted Rod and wanted to arrange to have our house pressure washed urgently. He was able to send out Italo within the week. I cannot fault their service. Both Rod and Italo were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, punctual, friendly and did a fantastic job. We will be using them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Rod responded promptly with a quote to wash my house (2 stories) and all the windows (lots of louvres). He fitted me into the schedule because I needed it done quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. His technician was extremely polite, responsive and thorough - I observed him go out of his way to clean some tricky areas. I’ll be getting Crystal back in 3 months for the windows and a house wash in a year or so. Thanks Rod and team Liz
