Worst ever, was knocked back during the end of covid cause they "werent taking on new patients", they also said i hadnt been there since 2013, clearly not a new patient since im still ln file.

Shame all the good doctors have left. I was told by the doctor they are not taking any new patients. ... l have been a patient with this clinic for over 5 years. When l asked for a referral to a specialist l was told to find another doctor not helpful at all.

The nurse practitioner is lovely but unfortunately can only do so much in the way of bulking billing for imaging needs etc. Seeing two different doctors at this centre, I’m very disappointed in both. I waited for over an hour and a half and when I had to leave due to other appointments, the rude receptionist told me that I may be sent a ‘fee’ in the mail for me leaving. I understand emergencies happen, but if i have to leave because they are running soooo behind, I shouldn’t have to be liable in any way!

Rude abrupt and condescending reception staff. The older lady with short white hair seems to have zero tolerance of elderly patients and makes you feel like an inconvenience. In their job position they should display patience and empathy.

Highly recommended especially Dr.Htet !!! His helped me through so much, and stood by my side all the way. Even when I fail... I can't thank him enough his support and hope he sees this... As his an amazing passionate doctor.

Very rude receptionist, half the doctors don't even know what they are talking about. Tried diagnosing me with something that had absolutely nothing to do with my reason. Pathetic, not even worth a rating.

I have to say as a new patient coming to see these doctors i thought they were very polite and receptionist was nice.Dr Bushra Majeed was lovely telling me my 12 yr old daughter has Croup,after seeing local doctor who told her she had asthma it ended up worse. if you feel its not right get a second opinion as i did.
