Had to bring in 2 bicycles over a few months for some repair. Very friendly service, but also being proactive in terms of recommendations. Kept boxes of all the parts they replaced to prove that they were new. Professional and courteous.

I needed 2 tyres changed on my scooter. Called ahead to ask if they could do it and was told yes bring it in. Drove 30 minutes to get there, took the scooter and new tyres in. Was told it would be done by close of business. I drove home and got a call as I was pulling into the driveway and was told I had to pick it up because they couldn't do it. Went back the next day and asked what the problem was and manager said I didn't want to charge you 120 to change the tyres. I said if thats what it costs, that's fine to which he replied it won't be done for awhile, again I said thats fine, then he finally said the truth which was he didn't want to do it. Hes lucky he went into bicycle repair as that sort of attitude isn't a good business model, jobs too hard make excuses then refuse the job
This store and it's friendly staff helped me out of a jam with a pram tyre puncture today. The gentleman who served me was so lovely I will definitely be buying all my children's bikes from here in the future. 5 star experience.
My friend put his bike in for service, chains, tyre (tube) and had to have the bearings or something replaced on the front after it was damaged. Good value received at this shop, although it wasn't my bike I did pay for it helping my mate out and the price was very good indeed. Thank you.
Cannot believe over covid and xmas this bicycle shop has been closed, looking to buy a bike for a month and i try to buy local,there add hours said open try ringing going there often people at the shop puzzled why the shop isnt open,sign on the door says gone shreedn or some crapp,this shop has gone down hill,ill take my custom elsewhere from now.

Most bike stores in the area that have survived in the area can only try to emulate most aspects of service provided to me. The team @ S&J Cycles know how to use a set of tools on a bike and they have stuck by me thick and thin to help me out countless times.
