Dr Liddell is excellent. He was very thorough in the process of deciding whether my father required serious surgery. He guided us through why there was conflicting feedback from various other doctors. He explained clearly the operative process and gave us choices. Also, the reception staff made the process of adjusting our booking after a few challenging work commitments really easy. Highly recommend.

They "booked" me in for an appointment that I never confirmed - and my email clearly states all I was looking for was an earlier appointment than they could give me on the phone. They requested I filled the intake paperwork and emailed my request for an earlier appointment (and which included the requirement for a credit card number on the spot, as they claimed they couldn't take payment in person) - I was told this was the best way for the Doctor to get me an earlier appointment. Today, they have charged me a 65 fee for a "no show" for an appointment I never agreed to attend, and for the last 2 hours have no answered their phone lines (but called me earlier today). Do not provide payment details prior to your appointment as they will charge you as they see fit, not as per an agreement with the client. I have reported them for a fraudulent charge, and reported them to the Health Complaints Commissioner.
