I've been to this store a total of 2 times now, and I can confidently say that I won't be going anywhere else. I have not received better service or prices elsewhere. The women working in the store make sure that you walk out with the best suited items for you, and that everything is well fitted. They take the time to personally get to know what each customer is looking for. Amazing service, great prices and friendly staff.

I bought some new work boots there today( Saturday). Good advice and no annoying up selling sales tactics, I would have left and gone elsewhere if that was the case. Great service, Thanks

Thanking the 'new girl at Balcatta for helpfully making me wait 3 days for a pre-paid helmet. It must be confusing with so many stores and so many many products to pick from. Morley has Nice supportive mature ladies but however, a team is only as strong as it's weakest link. If BALCATTA can read this? I wasn't happy about visiting Morley 3 times just for one 17 helmet. I NEEDED it to go to work. A neck injury has me require balanced compliant helmet... . However, I appreciate your efforts. I would have made the new person run me the helmet to my place. No body is perfect. Hoping this was a lesson for everybody here. Thank you Work Clobber.

Great price on workboots. Plenty of staff in store. The lady that served me was quite abrupt, almost rude. Like she had better things to do
