Not bad if you need basic bits and bobs for your automotive needs. Has easy parking normally and the new redesigned shop is easy to walk around and find what you want.

As shown on photo. I should have received 40% off the seat covers I was purchasing. I was told it was for a specific set of 5 and the tag was erroneous. They refused to honour the tag so I left almost 80 worth of product at the counter.
Second time I bought something from them and never again. Despite the new stores look customer service is still well below the standard, at least they didnt disappoint on that one and if you prefer being leered on by staff look no further.

They are in the process of relaying the store, should be better than ever when its finished. Friendly staff and very helpful
I went to purchase a 280.00 battery for my car. I was stuck outside with a flat battery after getting a jump to go make the purchase. I was also carrying my 9 month old son. The girl that helped my was awesome, however, at the counter I asked if I could borrow a spanner to change it over, a manager just yelled, "we don't lend out spanners". A nice customer gave me a jump to get home, they lost the sale. A company called "The Battery Boys" came to my house, fitted a new battery and tested alternator for 30 less than the inferior battery i nearly purchased at supercheap.

Very big store and great range of products. I go there to get all diy oil change needs on my ford ranger. They also got bin for used oil disposal, that is great.
