I found Red Dot store in Morley galleria probably one of the better Red Dot stores that I've been to. For the fact that the staff all seem to be very friendly and happy to assist . The store is laid out well & very clean and tidy . The store has a large variety of different products and prices seem fairly competitive also . This is looking for christmas decorations at a cheap price and cheap but nice christmas cards around christmas time then this would be the place to go . They all have also have quite a few novelty items which is great too . I have given a 4 star rating out of 5 only because my constructive feedback would be that they need an extra person on the cash registers as whenever i have been there at least 80% of the time there is only one person on the cash registers and people seem to be getting quite annoyed having to wait to be served. Otherwise great store
Charging 10 for 125ml hand sanitiser, without having the price visible , only found out what the charge per bottle after checking out , went to return it, advised can’t be returned as it’s a virus essential Questionably legal behavior!
The Morley Red store shopping experience was something different when I met a gentleman name Mark . The store was well displayed and great customer service .Highly Recommend .
