Bought 2 pairs of UGG boots, very professional and friendly service. Had a problem with one pair, manufacturing problem which unfortunately can happen. Returned them to have them fixed without any problem and to our surprise got a phone call on the way out of the shopping centre informing us that the faulty pair would be replaced. That's what I call a great service. Many thanks Mr Sheepskin and you can be rest assured that all our friends will hear this story.

*CHECK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE* I am giving this company 1 star, not because of a product or service, to put it in plain black and white - NO SERVICE. I have tried calling all 4 numbers listed on the website as I made a purchase a little over a week ago and I am yet to receive my item, or any correspondence regarding my order. I have left messages, sent texts and waited for a return call. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. I don't know what the circumstance is, and I am sorry if the company is going through some hardship, but a little communication wouldn't hurt. It's bad business not to return phone calls or messages, so I am choosing to take my business elsewhere. If you wish to reply to this, please do so, but don't reply to my review as you have other negative reviews. I am simply providing a review of MY service. It's the internet. Deal with it. Seeing your replies to other negative reviews is cringeworthy.
Another unhappy customer......I purchased a pair of ugg boots in a hurry on Sat and bought them back on Monday as they were really too small for me. I tried on every other possibility but they were either too big or too small. The assistant made a phone call to authorize a refund and was refused. I was offered a pair to be made to measure but as I am travelling I wasn't able to wait for this. Very poor customer service. I'm now stuck with 150 boots I can't wear. Every other store in the shopping centre offers a full refund if unsatisfied. NB... Further to this review the owner replied over a year after this purchase (see below) sounding defensive and dare I say arrogant ? I simply wanted a refund as no other option was possible for me at that time. May I suggest to Mr Sheepskin that he put his return policy in writing at point of purchase as it does differ to the general philosophy of customer satisfaction or refunds offered, by other more professionally run stores in the centre.
Not happy Mr Sheepskin! I spoke to you when i rang your Morley store last Thursday and you were very rude to me. Your store overcharged me by 10 on a pair of Ugg boots. The price on the boots were 10 less than you charged me which i did not notice till I got home. When i rang to complain you denied that you had any stock at the lower price on your shelves basically calling me a lier. Less than one hour ago i returned back to the Morley store and there were a pair of exactly the same boots at the same lower price! An apology would be nice admitting your mistake for some reason i doubt that you really care about your customers the way you dealt with me!
I drove from yanchep to Karrinyup. Today because your web site says you were open. You werent. So we went to Morley because again it says you were open. And it wasnt. I needed to buy 8 pairs of ladies ugg boots to take to the USA for family gifts. You need to update your web site so people dont waste the whole day driving to your shop when you arent even open. NOT HAPPY
