Opened 30 minutes late making us wait. No apologies for this not even a reason. Charged 200 to fix a screen on a Samsung. Made us pay the full amount in advance. Told us an hour to affect repair, we were back there on the hour, kept us waiting 50 more minutes. Screen died in a week, returned with warranty papers. Told no warranty because he fund a microscopic crack in one corner which "voids 3 month warranty". This crack might have been made it in the process of installing the new phone screen. Made no effort to rectify the situation nor even offer a reasonable price to repair it a second time. Here it is in short: I am a trademan. I show up on time, do the job right and if there is an issue I return to the property and look at the situation. If the warranty is not my problem I make it my business to contact the company providing the warranty for the customer. I care, I ensure that everything I do will last and am friendly. And I charge honestly. These guys do NONE of this, so go somewhere else.
