Efficient, helpful and kind. Had issue with my key, ended up being a quick fix and given I had purchased my key through them initially, they fixed free of charge. The "tall man" referred in the bad review below me was very kind to me and not 'rude' at all as they have put it- just so its said! Quite often when you see one star reviews like that the customer is the problem FYI :) Would recommend!

got a spare car key for our 2016 mazda. not cheap, but cheaper than dealer option. did a very thorough job and triple checked that all the functions worked properly. communication and pricing was all agreed up front over email which was great. very happy overall
Prompt professional service by all the team, from speaking to Taylor over phone to organize unlocking our caravan boot, to being greeted promptly by Tyler and his Manager at the Morley Shop on arrival. They both worked on unlocking our caravan boot and did a small repair to one of the pins. This was all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for putting us at ease and for your professionalism.
My car key unlock function wasn't working properly. Quoted 450 for a replacement. A1 checked both keys and fixed my key for 40. Honest and knowledsgeable. Definitely recommend.
I went in this morning for help with my car prod replacement. The tall bold man was very rude. He gave me no information regarding my pod even said he probably would not be able to get it even after I stated the dealership sent me there as that's where they go and would even change it to a flip pod.The man just was not interested in helping at all. I left my details over 2 hours ago. No call. I now been to Armadale lock and key. In there 5 mins. Part ordered. 1 week. Friendly service. A1 lockmiths . Poor show. Very poor show
I accidentally locked myself, my daughter and grandsons in my backyard. House has security screens on all windows and doors and one spare key was inside, the other with my son in the NW. A1 responded within half an hour, worked capably and efficiently to open the house and get us back inside. He also cut new keys onsite for me so i now have spares in two local locations. Thanks to your serviceman, all is now great. Thank you so much!
Wouldn't honour LIFETIME warranty. Charged call out fee when I attended their premises. They Ignored my first attempt to claim warranty couldn't be bothered looking at their database and when I had to go back to their store for the second time to claim, told me they wanted more money but didn't tell me a price even though discussed LIFETIME WARRANTY. Do not recommend, in line with all the other one star reviews.
From a panicked phone call at around 8 this morning til now (10am) my car which suffered an ignition barrell melt down is FIXED. Thank you Joanne, on the phone and Kane in the van. It was much appreciated and I would like to wish you all at A1 a very Merry Christmas and safe and Happy New year.
