It was a pleasure to deal with Becky in Melbourne! She always kept in contact and was very approachable and supportive throughout the temp assignment.
Lack of internal communication (multiple people calling about the same thing) Failed to show up to an agreed meeting after already postponing the previous one last minute. Ignored multiple contact attempts to identify problems/situation. All of which occurring after explaining to James (who initially called me) my distaste for recruitment agencies, ironically having mentioned all of the above as my typical experience. Mind you, come to think of it, I don't recall any comments/promises to indicate they're any different.
Outstanding service and ability to fill incredibly hard to fill roles. They go the extra mile.
