I cannot thank SCR enough for an amazing job done on my balcony. Water leak was immediately identified and the job from start to finish was seemless, stress free all thanks to fergus and his entire staff. The crew including office to balustrade fittings, tiling, sealing were all professional, open communication and friendly. The end result of the job looks fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks SCR.

I have my balcony redone 2 weeks ago with SCR. Highly recommended. Smooth process from quote until completion. Fergus is knowledgeable and know exactly what needs to be done at the first inspection. Price is competitive. He and his team are easy to deal with, professional, polite and regular update of progress and status. The works done by Fergus team - Ryan, the water proofer and Hadi, the tiler are excellent professionals as visible from their works in the photos.
I hired SCR last year to totally re-waterproof and re-tile my balcony that had been leaking for some time. Fergus did the initial quote and was great to deal with. The price was reasonable, very similar to other firms I quoted with, so I was confident it was the market rate. The workers who did the actual job were all polite and diligent. It’s been a few months so I can’t remember all the names, but I believe Mark did waterproofing and Hadi did tiling. I went with a non-standard brick tiling pattern, rather than having the tiles laid in a simple grid. I could see that this greatly increased the complexity of the tiling, but it didn’t change the quote by much. It looks really smart. It’s been over two months now, there has been some decent rain, and my balcony hasn’t leaked a single drop since the job was done.

Since my balcony had the smallest of cracks he was lovely enough to be honest with me and tell me it’s an easy fix if my husband was to do it. Thank you Fergus ! I highly recommend this company !!
