Dropped my iPhone off in January to attempt to recover some photos, and have not heard anything since. Came to a head today, when trying to resolve the issue and find out the status of my phone, I was asked to leave the store. I left, and will never go back. I have never been so insulted in my life.The technician may be technically good, but they are terrible when it come to customer service in relation to resolving an issue. The technician said “ We needed to know if you just wanted the photos?” I had answered that question moths ago - a pathetic excuse on their part. Then they said, “we tried to phone you many times”, I check the number they allegedly called, and checked my missed calls, and there were none. Nor did they leave any messages. This is in spite of me dropping into the shop on a fortnightly basis to inquire if there was any news about my phone. Begs the question, why were they phoning ‘many times”? To ask if I just wanted the photos? Again, I answered that question months ago. It’s a rhetorical question anyway - of course I wanted the photos. I feel like I’ve been lied to. If they can’t recover anything, that’s OK, just let me know. Anyway, I’m assuming they were unable to recover anything (and again, if that’s the case, just say so), so I asked to just have the phone sent back to me. That’s when I was ordered out of the shop. Such an insult! I have in the past had all my families smart phones serviced there, over a long period of time (many many years), so I’m really sad that that relationship has ended on such a sour note. I don’t ever want to see that technician again. I have a small, secret concern the phone has been lost. :-(

I was server by Tamara and was very impressed with her knowledge of the cases the store sells. Being a tradie i need something tough and she talked me through a selection, answering any questions and didn't force me to buy a certain case but instead listened to my concerns and showed me more suitable cases. Great customer service, i will be back.

Very lovely staff. Repaired my phone in 30 minutes and were 50 cheaper than the other stores in the centre. Upon getting my phone back i couldn't see any drop in quality from the original (which being so cheap i thought might have been a problem). Efficient and friendly service, highly recommend.

Excellent store with excellent customer service. They fixed mine, my wifes and our two kids phones within 2 hours, and they both look and work like new. Both the girls are very knowledgeable on products, with very friendly service. These other people complaining about their issues have no idea what they're on about. 10/10 would recommend.
