I was served by a lovely lady with a bird on her shoulder. I asked for some advice on flea treatments and she explained in great detail WITHOUT trying to sell me the most expensive. She also helped explain the price match guarantee and therefore saved me some money and gained a new customer for her outstanding customer service

Petbarn Morayfield South has a manager that's been working there for 17 years. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and actually care about the customers needs and pets. Well done Megan and thankyou again for everything! I will never ever be going to the extremely rude staffed Morayfield North again.

I would love to compliment Elsie Carlton who works as a dog groomer in your Morayfield store. She always does a beautiful job of my 2 moodles. They both have anxiety about everything yet they are always happy to see Elsie. We had bad experiences with dog grooming in the past and Elsie has helped them both to actually enjoy it now and they are always excited to see her. She does such a fabulous job and makes them look so wonderful! Thank you so much Elsie. It's always so lovely to see her friendly, smiling face greeting us when we arrive

Usually with Petbarn’s I’ve never had a problem but today the rude lady working at grooming changed that. Apparently I had an appointment booked for today which I don’t remember booking whatsoever because of the long wait times just to get an appointment at PetBarn but I received a phone call from a terribly rude woman this morning reminding me about the appointment and asking if he will be coming in, which I have work so unfortunately I can’t bring him in, but I sincerely apologised for messing her around and mid way through me speaking she hung up in my face like a grumpy child. Very upsetting especially because I work in retail so it’s an honest shock to have to deal with this when I have to deal with the other end of it most days at work. I’d suggest to find another person to interact with people/put on your phone and keep her away from customers because whoever I spoke to this morning may sound like a grown and “mature” woman but in reality I’ve never had any store no matter what the issue was - hang up in my face like this. I also usually don’t post reviews because I don’t want to be this kind of person but honestly I’m sick of how terribly rude this world is becoming, I’ve had enough.
