Upon meeting with the manager and the teacher of the prekindy class i was welcomed with smiles and genuine passion for what they do. My son and i explored the play area and wow there is so much to do. Including but not limited to the new chicken coop, vegetable garden, sandpit, puddle play and big area of shade to run about i was thrilled and so was my kid. The teacher known as Miss T for tahlia just put me at ease straight away and i knew this was the place my son will thrive in. They supply all meals which is wonderful specially when i have a newbie aswell. They have sorted all the centrelink details and i feel so much weight lifted off of me. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I highly recommend this centre, my 2 boys attend and are excited when they get there which says it all. My baby has had to attend for a while and she has been so well taken care of, I couldn’t be happier. The teachers are fantastic and my kids love them. The education they receive is age specific and nurtures their developmental needs.
In the 4 months we've used this centre we have had no troubles, everyone is friendly and always has a smile on their faces and great service. Im always kept up to date on statements, money owing and every day reports of how my child went and what they did. I would recommend these guys every time, and are even top of the list for my little one to attend when I'm ready
When I first sent my children here I wasn't happy. No one could tell me anything about their day and the manager at the time was of no help just kept demanding money after the first week(I felt as though she assumed I wasn't going to pay). However when the new management came in and some more staff I have gotten daily updates everyday have been listened to in regards to my child with medical issues. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this centre they treat me and my children with respect and care. I get bills everyweek and never have to chase it up and if I have an issue the staff are more than happy to listen and help if needed.

Morayfield West Early Childhood Centre provide a loving, supportive and caring approach to taking care of the children. They recongise that each child is an individual and offer as much support as the child needs through out their time at Morayfield West Early Childhood Centre.
This center was absolutely brilliant when we first sent our kids here. The teachers were adored by the kids. But the change in management soon lost said teachers and began a snowball effect of the brilliant teachers moving on, and the qaulity of care fall. You have to chase a statement for weeks if not months, guessing the amount due, and if it's wrong they dont give you the courtesy of a call, but a referral to a collection agency. The bus driver is rude and offensive to the kids, who has zero patience for young children. Every time you send the kids with shoes they never return and then they have the audacity to literally get upset at you for requesting them back. As for cleanliness if you appreciate weekly viral infections or head lice daily then this may be your center. And too often kids would come home with bigger than acceptable cuts or bruises with no report or explanation. There are plenty of good child care centers in the area, this is not one I could reccomend or want any parent to send there kids to.
