Dude is super off-putting, listening to him talk grants a limited time offer headache for just 4 brain cells per second! Not even exaggerating, this guy will chew your ear off about anything and everything for a sale. Turn around and go to another car place.

Purchased a vehicle from carmart. Firstly I take responsibility for not having the vehicle checked over before the purchase but she needed a reconditioned motor fitted which was covered by awn, at no or little cost to the yard im guessing. The workshop they used Precise Mechanical really made a dogs dinner out of the job and after four months of a lot of grief I finally got the vehicle I paid for but not after a lot of stress. Customer service was great up until till the check was signed, I found them very rude to deal with and dare I say typical second hand car dealers.Short of the story fight them with everything by the book they are bound by the second hand car dealers law and the law is on your side.

These people are rude and very pushy. I was not happy when they called up my partner and demanded to give them a car that didn't even belong to her or them . I will be informing everyone not to shop there.

I traded my near new Mitsubishi Triton for a hilux and a courier. Was told by John Camilla that the warranty covered “absolutely everything” for 3 years. 1 week later hilux would not start. After ringing the AWN warranty was told that no road side assistance is included. Eventually the Ute was collected by Car Mart and taken to their workshop. They got the car started but managed to break the light bar in the process. I demanded a refund but was manipulated into keeping it by a fast talking salesman. I was also promised the rego would be renewed. I have since received multiple demand notices and finally a “no longer registered” notice from Main Roads. After yet another promise from John I have no confirmation of rego. First time I took the hilux on the beach I had to get towed onto and off the beach as it wouldn’t engage 4wd. You can imagine how thrilled I was with 2 kids and a dog in the back. I followed John Camilla advice and called AWN again. Turns out 4wd components are not covered. I have been lied to, manipulated and fobbed off. I am demanding a refund and will update this post with progress. In short DO NOT do business with these people. Read all the reviews here and protect your money.

What a fantastic experience.. Warwick was sooo good to deal with .. what a breath of fresh air he is .. Means a lot especially buying a second safe 1st car for my granddaughter .. sooo happy
