Not happy with the customer service provided by the service department. After waiting for over 3 weeks for a hire car, I took my car for a transmission issue identified during the service. When dropping off the vehicle I was advised the rapair would take 3 weeks. After 2 weeks only, I received a text message saying the car needed to be returned today, otherwise they would need to charge me for the hire car. I would have appreciated a curtesy call instead of rude responses. Unfortunately my availability cannot be immediate. Additionally, issues were found with some sensors and the dealership carried out the work without my consent. Definitely not the response to a customer that has bought 4 Hyundai vehicles.

We were served by a young fellow by the name of Jack. Totally professional, considerate of our circumstances and knew his product. If you are looking for a car then I can't recommend this salesman enough, he was brilliant, knowledgeable and truly went out of his way for us. Fantastic service, great location and no push push selling, but definitely Jack was all about finding the right car for us. Definitely coming back.
