Our dog had an accident on our very treasured rug, and the Rug Wash Cleaning Specialist was able to respond very quickly and came to collect the rug on the following day. Blanche the manager was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The technicians who came were also very professional and know their ways around the rugs. The clean was quick and effective, and the rug was brought back to us in great conditions. The technicians kindly helped us put the rug back to exactly where it was (under the bed and other furnitures). We are very happy about this company and will use again!

My experience with Rug Wash Specialist was absolutely fantastic! Considering my rug was extremely dirty they did an immaculate job and got it all out and looks entirely brand new. Blanche was also extremely helpful and assisted me in understanding the process and was very clear and got straight to the point. The technician was very polite and was on time to pick up my rug. I thought my rug was unsalvageable due to my pet peeing all over it, but this rug is very dear to me and I thought I would see if a clean would bring it back to life. I rang Rug wash Specialist and Blanche was very helpful and booked in the rug for me and they were very prompt and professional. The results were beyond my expectations, and they not only removed all the stains, but restored the rug to how it was when I first bought it! I could not be happier with this service and would definitely highly recommend it!!!
I am very pleased with the wonderful job Rug Wash did on my 5 Turkish rugs and the professional manner of Blanche and Peter. The rugs were dull, interwoven with pet hair and smelt of dog. Peter advised me of the options available when he picked up the rugs and quoted accordingly. Pick up and delivery is organised well and the rugs have come back vibrant, dry and soft. Much better than any previous companies I have used.
Blanche was very helpful on the phone about pricing and service that would best suit my rug. Peter is their courier that picked up my carpet and he was also prompt to get my rug and return it with great care. This is a great service for getting your rug washed. My rug came back smelling fresh and looking like new. I had cat and dog hair and foot traffic that only a good wash could achieve. I would highly recommend them for a good rug spring clean. Elma M.
