No one can answer a simple call. Try to cancel the court due to the weather, have called 20 times. Very very bad customer service. Do not recommend to play tennis here.

Centennial Parkland took over management of these courts in early 2019, but they have invested more in a new PIN security system than they have in the actual courts and regular maintenance. The surface is a patchwork of spot repairs, no net straps, gaping holes in the nets, no ability to adjust the low net height, toilet permanently out of order, etc. Plenty of better courts nearby.
Tried to book private tennis lessons difficult to organise yet to start
We booked a court twice this week. We were supposed to be texted a number to allow us to enter the court and this didn’t arrive. The first day we called the office and there was no answer so another player on an adjacent court let us in. We played for about 50mins on a dilapidated court with the southern end of the court having broken glass on it. The second day we booked a court we contacted the office by phone and email in advance to try to get our entrance number and there was no response at all. We couldn’t get onto the court even though we’d payed for it, so we ended up going to the excellent courts in the grounds of SBHS and played there. It was a disappointing experience

Super unorganised and a rip off. Never booking there again! I booked a court tonight for one hour and a couple of hours before my booking I received a message that said I had been moved to another court. I arrive and of course I can’t get onto the court they moved me to (With the super pin system - NOT!), and as expected...there was also an overlap in bookings. So I went onto the original court I had booked because there was no one there and 30 minutes past I get kicked off by someone else who had it booked half past...tried calling to get an explanation or organise a refund and no one picked up. Poor form and really a shame, especially in these COVID times where the only thing that is fun to do is play an hour of tennis when you can... But this club books for 15, 30 and 45 min and want to have their cake and eat it too by moving people around and not organising it properly
Convenient location, reasonable priced. Only issue has been that we booked (and pre-paid for) courts at 8am last week, and had to call the shop at 8:10 to remind them that we had a booking and needed to be let in.
