My daughter loves this place but I cringe at how dirty it is. I was the first one in there the other day and it was very dirty. Debris everywhere. Rubbish in the toddler area. And there was no paper in the bathrooms. I would also love to see a healthy option on the menu. There was nothing I’d feed my family from there. So much potential

Great spot for a rainy day. Took my 2 1/2 year old here and he absolutely loved it. Was great on a school day as not too busy and only younger kids so he could enjoy both the toddler and bigger area. We also got there as it opened so it was really quiet and easy for me to get into the equipment too while my boy built his confidence. Only 4 stars as the centre could use a bit of maintenance (cracked toilet seats, dusting needed on the top of equipment, some mats and equipment quite worn) but nothing that effects safety or function.

Equipment not maintained (ball guns not working for over 1 year, ball basket not working, piano mat key broken for over 2 years...etc... the list goes on). Toilets always dirty. Half the menu is unavailable most days. There is wifi however "no one knows the password", quoted by the staff themselves. And also very expensive. They can afford to maintain the place surely!

I had a wonderful experience. Even though we came in late and they were closing early because of the holiday the staff welcomed us to play the last 20 mins for free. The customer service is excellent. The place is very well air conditioned which is a very important feature in indoor playgrounds. It was pretty clean compared to other indoor playgrounds. I noticed the staff cleaning very diligently before closing. Overall, I would defiantly come back.

My granddaughter loved the indoor playground. There was lots for her to do. Entry price was reasonable and you are permitted to bring your own food and drink. A great day out for a toddler.

It was full of people today and no social distancing so we decided to leave after 2 minutes. They would not give us a refund but gave a voucher which expires on within 3 months. Tip: when visiting, ask to view the play area to see if you are comfortable with the covid measures as you will not get a refund
