They're not called PRO Caffe for nothing. They are pros in the business - customer service and satisfaction is paramount to them and it shows. Grace is an office and service dept. gun, Josh is your go to man for your corporate know how, Marjon and Joey are the top techos, they got my machine up and going and delivered to me in no time - and Ross a real "hands on CEO/Owner" (thanks for helping me get the machine into your premises).
