Purchased a 70 preworkout from this store, took it home and opened it the next day. The product was rock hard, unable to be scooped or broken up with a knife at all. It was brittle and looked like it had been left on a shelf open for months. I immediately took the product back into the store and the male staff member said there was "nothing wrong with it" and "every preworkout with beta alanine in it does this". I've been using work out supplements for 15 years and have never once had a preworkout be rock hard like this when first opening it, and every preworkout has beta alanine in it. Even in a blender it didn't dissolve properly, and I don't have time to spend 25 minutes a day cutting out, blending, and weighing out preworkout. Wrote to the manufacturer who didn't didn't bother replying. Complete waste of 70, there are stores with far better customer service out there.

Every time I visit this store I'm pleasantly suprised by the personable service. It is evident that the staff know their products and if they don't stock what you're after, they will likely have an alternative suggestion - which may even be the better option. Last time I was there Anita gave me some fantastic advise... I'll be back for more
