Wasn't home when they delivered, so they left a card to let me know. I called them the next day and they arranged another delivery for the following day. Packaged arrived the next day, with a very pleasant delivery driver. Great service!

It is the third time they didn't deliver the parcel when we actually at home. Then they just put the card in your mail box says: sorry we missed you....... what a awful experience.
I have a package that made its way from Sydney to Hobart in 2 days via road services. It has now been stuck in the Hobart Depot for 10 days. Multiple calls to their call center in the Philippines and have been told they will get back to me each time but no response. I have sent 4 emails with no response after their initial questions. Seems their Tasmanian services are the real problem for small box delivery as it managed to make it to the state in no time. No responsibility whatsoever. Toll Tasmania, your service is pathetic.
Parcel arrived in Hobart on the 4th. Can be left without signature but after 3 attempts, still haven't received it. Multiple phone calls and emails to them and they NEVER get back to me. So disgusted with this service. Have never had so much trouble before. Letting businesses down big time.
Left parcel in depo for a week without attempting delivery. Had to visit and wait 20min to be told there was a problem with the con note number so the parcel was just left at depo. Could have been fixed with 1 simple phone call to me. How many weeks would they wait before fixing?
Waiting for package , priority freight , overnight , picked up on Monday the fourth of Jan , checked with Moonah depot on Thursday 8th , could not tell us where is was or when it would arrive , maybe tomorrow was the answer , Friday 8th still not heard , very poor unprofessional service , I thought overnight meant next day not next week
here's another zero star review. Item has been sitting at Hobart depot for 1 week. Office Works advise they cannot get a consignment number from Toll as Toll's systems are down. The overseas call centre could not do anything for me without a consignment number and could not trace on delivery address. I cannot even go to the depot without arranging a depot pickup which requires a consignment number. Worst. Transport company. Ever.
All I can say it that they are f!!!! hopeless our parcel has been sitting in the depot since the 29 of December when I went in to collect they could not find it and I'm still waiting
