Absolutely wonderful service from selecting the carpet to the carpet laying. Tim was fantastic with his service, being respectful of our budget and providing a quote for our chosen carpet that was considerably less than other carpet stores we visited. The carpet layers were friendly, informative and very efficient and their carpet laying skills were excellent. Lastly Donna was efficient and friendly in organising all the logistics. Thank you and going to enjoy staring at our lovely new carpet.

We left two rooms bare for three days with no reply on what was going on, when they finally got around to doing it they left not vacuumed carpet and loose bits of carpet at my house let alone the petty characteristics of their staff. Would not put my money on these people again.

We were so happy with Carpet Court when we purchased and had installed carpet and window blinds that when we recently moved we went back and again purchased carpet for our home and vinyl for wet areas. The staff and contractors are always friendly and were helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. Will always go back to Carpet Court :D

I have used Carpet Court Moonah, twice this year and both times the service from Tania has been excellent. She guided me through the process of choosing a wool carpet for my home, which I love the feel of, and recently a nylon carpet for a rental unit which still has a modern look. The carpet was installed by Ricky and Stevie and has been expertly laid. Thank you Tania for your professional and friendly service.
