Got lost in Africa
What a treat it is to enjoy getting dressed every day in the Mela range that I recently bought from Zambezee. Everything fits perfectly, is of beautiful quality and better still - easy to maintain. The team were so helpful and accommodating it made the experience memorable. I will definitely be back time and again.
The worst customer service I have come across for a long time. I ordered a dress (over 500) which did not fit and was also of poor quality for the price. It was not on sale. I returned it and also emailed on 10 Oct - then received an email saying I would get a credit note. I requested a refund by return email on 16 Oct. Got no reply - only that the email would be answered in 24 hours. Sent another email on 21 Oct - same response that it would be replied to in 24 hours. No reply. Just sent another one!! Lets see what happens? I cannot believe 3 emails have already been ignored - customers should be treated with some respect if they want them to return.
