Truly idyllic location. Stayed in 404 with the private roof top. Stunning weather made for sunbathing perfection while cooking a BBQ five stories above the beach. Already planning to return.

The location was perfect, the rooms were immaculate and the view from our roof top balcony was breathtaking! And Bridgette and Charlie were wonderful hosts, they went above and beyond for us, such lovely people. Can't wait to come back!!!!
Service goes a long way in tourism and hospitality and the team at Sandcastles is right up there with the best I've experienced. We were made to feel very welcome. The accomodation is admittedly a bit dated, but that's not an issue at all. It has quaint seaside appeal. Everything works and it's great to have a kitchenette, big lounge balcony and laundry facilities. Our apartment had sea views. The location is perfect as it's slightly away from the very busy esplanade but with close access to everything you need. We came for the Ironman 70.3 and Sandcastles was great for this - a couple minutes away from transition and across the road from the surf club for roll down. Would stay again.
Bridget & Charlie are the best hosts! So helpful & know the area well Right on the beach, next to the surf club, we had a great time. Rooms are great & well appointed. Loved sitting outside with the gorgeous view & early morning sun. We’ll definitely be back
Bridgettee and Charlie are the best hosts i have ever had. I have stayed here two times now and will definitely be back. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very friendly and professional. The roof top apartment views are totally amazing. The aoartment is close to everything in Mooloolaba cafes, beach, shops, restaurants etc. I would totally recommend this establishment.
I stayed here with a lost love and You (....the Female Manager....) accommodated Us with a heart warming upgrade to a room that greeted Us in the Morning to a view of overlookto the Ocean and We absolutely cherished your upgrade with memory that never could be replaced or replicated. We have stayed here a few times and loved everything about this place. Management - Fantastic people. They make your welcomed, very hospitable and friendly. Great location. Walking distance to everything. We will be back again.
