The sunrise & early morning swim @ Mooloolaba is an experience all on its own. Highly recommended.

I live on the sunny coast and M-Bar is always a nice spot for the whole family. Aim to park a few streets back and walk in though. Can get congested. If you want more protected beach go down to the M-Bar Spit
Always love visiting this beach! The waves can be rough and dumpy but as long as you swim between the flags your are good!
