Amazing place I will highly recommend to everyone. I saw Mary the naturopath. Thorough, interested, knowledgeable, life changing and affordable are the words that spring to mind. Such a refreshing change from seeing doctors who only have a ten minute spot so they have no time to hear the whole story and whip you through trying to find a script to mask symptoms then shrug their shoulders saying “ I don’t know what’s wrong with you “. The prices are VERY reasonable considering what is achieved for that money. It is in fact worth every penny....and it’s only been a few days and I’m already feeling so much better. Mary is a lifesaver and is focused on finding the root cause. People complaining about the price should complain to the government instead - that Medicare should cover natural therapies too.

I have recently had my first initial consult with Vanessa to address some long-term infertility issues. I feel I have gained more clarity and understanding around my issue in this one session than I have weekly appointments with my specialist / doctor over the past year. She is genuine and actually cares about my journey. She was attentive, engaged, and offered a wealth of knowledge which I both trust and confide in. Vanessa followed up this consult with an in-depth breakdown of recommendations, giving explanation into what she suggests I do and provides evidence as to WHY. Similarly, the correspondence I have had with their reception and other team members has been prompt, extremely friendly, and overall exemplary. I truly could not recommend Vanessa and the team at Integrated Wellness enough!

Where to start. I can’t begin to thank them enough. I went into this feeling lost and not sure what to expect. I was made to feel completely comfortable and like I was in really good hands. There was a little hiccup with one of my orders in the post (not the clinic fault) but they fully replaced it which I wasn’t expecting. The service has been more than what I expected considering I rang around other places asking prices; there prices here seem very reasonable for the care I’ve been given.I’ve made a full recovery. From Grace on the phone to my naturopatha I’ve seen two here and I’m pleased with their experience I’m so happy with the outcome. Thank you iwc for creating a heart centred place where I’ve felt welcomed always xo

Had a fantastic consult with naturopath Brooke- she was so thorough and constantly checking in with me ensureing I felt including in the plan and decision making of my care- really looking forward to healing under her guidance

Google should allow reviewers to score less than 1 star. I attended the clinic for an initial appointment with my 2 year old daughter who suffers from Eczema. I instantly felt overwhelmed, information given was contradicting, list of grocery items to assist in relieving the eczema was inadequate, felt pressured into paying a further fee on top of the consultation for a stool test. Only to be informed by the receptionist I would have to pay for another consultation to receive these results. Herbs and supplements were offered at an additional cost at the time of the initial appointment which I declined, as I felt a waste of money if the naturopath was unsure of the triggers of my daughter eczema. In summary I spent 370 to be told I would need to spend a further 150 to receive the results of a stool sample. The receptionist who was rude and unprofessional told me “that’s cheap” Complete waste of time and energy! For other Mother’s and parents in the same situation, I would recommend seeing a nutritionist.
