Ruth has helped my 6 year old son so much. We started seeing Ruth as he had anxiety induced tics. After one session these reduced dramatically. She has taught us how to calm his nervous system with various techniques and the results have been amazing. I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough and I am so grateful we found her.

Ruth is amazing, she's very patient (I ask her a lot of questions) and kind-hearted. I've been for kinesiology sessions with her 3 times now and each time she gives me new perspectives and tools that I can use to move forward with. I've noticed a big difference in myself since my sessions with Ruth and I'm so grateful to her!
