Four of us rented their top of the line apartment, which was decorated great and well maintained, minus some damage to the furnishing and screens that we were initially worried about being charged for (see below). The second room lacked air con, and was rather hot. The customer service at the service desk was far from professional, the man was quite grumpy, and made multiple threats to us if we caused any noise complaints during our two day stay, due to being a “young group” of mid to late 20 year olds. He also made a point to tell us, twice, that any damage done to their “top of the line” apartment would cost us our bond. The main walkway into the building we stayed in was quite hazardous, especially when the outside door mat was wet. A stepping onto the tiles before the interior mat was a severe slip hazard, and two of us slipped over the two day stay, one is us stubbing our toe on the ledge of the door. The resort was quiet and peaceful, minus the occasional neighbour noise from the balcony. The roof top spa was an absolute treat. The bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, or a soap dish to use one of the supplied bars of soap. There were also only two toilet rolls for the four of us for the two day stay. The location is great, room was really nice, but there’s definitely some room for improvement at Dockside. I was happy enough that I probability would stay again.

Nice apartment in an affordable price. Children loved the pool and the complex is immaculate with beautifully maintained gardens. Only walking distance to the main beach and Sunshine Coast's Sea Life. Really loved.. will come back...

Wonderful apartments at a very reasonable price! Unfortunately we only needed to stay for one night, we wish it was more! Lovely staff who were very helpful and flexible with our late check in. 11/10 recommend and we will definitely be back
Everything about Dockside Apartments was just perfect. Perfect position, close to everything. Clean fresh and really good size apartment. Pool was great and the managers were so helpful and friendly. Will stay there every time we are in Mooloolabah.
