Phoned Coast All Locks to see if they could help me out with an immobiliser problem. Rather than just booking me in for an appointment they took 15 minutes of their time to do some problem solving with me. It turns out we managed to fix the problem over the phone. Great advice and service. They gave me a chipless key at no cost, as they didn't have the correct blank in stock to replace and clone our very worn key and the advice on how to use it, then notified me when the correct blank arrived the next day. Drove back and had the new blank cloned. I can highly recommend them for the service they provided to us and the very reasonable price.
