I enjoyed staying here. Different to most resorts.. felt a bit like Melrose place, lol. Need to restock the bar/canteen.
Sarra is the friendliest manager, she accommodated my requests without any fuss. The room has everything I needed, clean, spacious, extra bed for my friend, coffee, tea, milk. She even can recommend the coffee, best meal nearby. I loved my stay here.

Management are rude, condescending, unprofessional and hopeless at her job. Beautiful place, requires a change of management to someone with communication skills, respect for other people and less of an ego problem.
A very nice motel. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious and has everything that we require. The venue is just far enough away from the noise and bussel of Mooloolaba but close enough to walk to the action. I felt safe walking around at night, coming and going from the pubs to the motel. Motel amenities for everyone. Undercover and secure parking. Easy parking for larger cars. Bonus
