I bought two dresses and one of them when I washed it the dress shrink. So I went to the shop on Maroochydore and she said that she didn't have the dress so she couldn't exchange the dress for me, so she recommended me to go to the other shop on Maloolaba. The girl that was helping me on the counter was not very nice and not helpful, saying that was my fault that the dress shrink and she would not change it. I never leave a review on google, but she was horrible at costumer service, not helpful at all. Plus, on the dress dosen't explain how to wash that dress 49 dollars to the bin. Not comming back to that shop on Maloolaba.
