Absolutely terrible...they charge MORE for a pack-yourself container going interstate than the highest-level premium full-service moving companies. Agents are rude and blunt when talking to you, and won't even book it with Vic rail until a few days before, and hence won't provide a pickup date. No reply whatsoever for quote requests. For interstate residential moves, do not even bother, even if you live locally.
