We buy the husband’s vape juice here rather than on the internet because it’s convenient, the juices are to his liking and the staff are lovely and always helpful.

The owner Phil Kelly has allegedly been arrested early 2018 for possession of ecstasy with raids carried out at the wood st premises. Further more was arrested mid 2018 for dealing cannabis from naughty gifts shop. Why is this business allowed to still be operational ??? Appalling customer service. Rude and disrespectful. After returning a second faulty vape I was refused a replacement and aggressively spoken to by one of the staff members. The product was purchased only a week ago. Customers be warned, they sell nicotine illegally under the counter so I am not surprised that they would not abide by the consumer laws with regards to faulty product returns and warranty. It would not surprise me if there was a hint of tax evasion with their cash sales only policy??? There is nothing I cannot stand more than shoddy business practices. My descrepcies will be lodged with fair trading and the commonwealth poisons standard. You will be held accountable!!!
Been to this store on numerous occasions and always received friendly helpful advice . the range of products out does any similar stores i have been to . thanks guys you have a permanent customer here for sure .
