I was recommended to come here from a friend, have been here twice now, service is usually good, food and most drinks are nice. I really do love the salad here but unfortunately this time round there was a bug in the salad. And it had to be on the very last piece of lettuce... The staff was nice about it but i think offering chocolate in return was not good enough. She did explain that "it is just the lettuce sometimes, it is organic so we can't guarantee there won't be bugs in it".. okay sure, organic is great but then you question whether the lettuce is getting washed properly then? Is it just standard protocol that there is no guarantee you won't be eating bugs.. :/ i dunnooo...

Been here many a time for hot chocolate, tea, coffee and cakes - oh my goodness their cakes! They are a must. And also had their very affordable home made award winning sausage like rolls. 12.90 with a side salad. Perfect for lunch. Today however I decided to call and do a take away for a picnic, oh what a joy, everything heated through and packed individually to perfection. And the staff are more than happy to go the extra mile. Please try this beautiful shop, even for a coffee or tea and to take in the view as it is well worth it.

We wanted a quick coffee and a cake. We asked for a table in the shade as my partner has fair skin and doesn’t cope in full sun. Even though there were two empty tables we were told there were no tables for our party of two! My partner had to query why they would hold a table for a potential bigger party who were not there, and make us wait, when we are here now and first . At this stage there was only another couple behind us. They relented and gave us a dirty table in the shade. On asking for the table to be cleaned, we were sprayed by the chemicals, as the young man sprayed the table, rather than the rag. The coffee came out before the cake. We would of ordered more food, but 13.50 for a sausage roll and salad is over priced. Fantastic view, but so has the restaurant next door.

We normally have lunch at the neighbouring 'Edge' restaurant but today we were visiting early so we decided to partake of delicious scones and coffees at the patisserie. So pleased we did. The view is a personal fav of mine and is a must visit to anyone coming up the mountain.

Delicious food and Breathtaking views. Friendly staff as well. One of the most beautiful places I've ever been to in Australia. The cheesecake we had there was really good and looked amazing. Their hot chcocolate was perfect as it was a very cold morning.
