I had to book an obstacle course at short notice and had no idea where to start. Ashleigh was awesome from the beginning, suggesting which obstacle course (The Warrior) and helping out with parks that I could use and then helping me get the permit. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated that. Mitch arrived at the venue and was extremely friendly and even in the heat had a smile. Thank you for making our day so smooth.
The Tidal Wave was a wonderful addition to our Xmas party to be able to entertain a lot of kids and teens. Everyone had a blast! The guys who installed the slide were very hard working and professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend Monsterball for anyone looking to hire a water slide for an event.
I have booked with Monsterball for our schools end of year event for the last two years. Ashleigh & Sarah are incredibly friendly & helpful from the time of booking all the way through to the event itself. They were happy to answer any questions. The operators on the day were prompt & friendly and did an incredible job. The range of products for hire are fabulous too. Monsterball are an all round great company to deal with. I'd highly recommend & will definitely hire from them again.
Second time that we've used Monsterball to hire out "The Big Kahuna" - the kids (both big and little!) can't get enough of it! Professional service from booking through to packdown, and they have all the necessary insurances/certifications to make it all a breeze. Many thanks to the Monsterball team - we will be back!
