I'm not a big fan of these places. They are usually loud and busy, and they handle kids birthdays in a very transactional way, which doesn't make it feel too special. Having said that, the kids LOVE it, so I let go of my opinion and I go along with them. It's safe and the kids can go on their own while you sit and have a bite (I wouldn't say you'll relax, but you'll be able to sit and do your own while the kids are busy). If your kid is not adventurous enough to go on their own, adults are actually allowed inside the play area, so you can help them get comfortable before you leave them.

We had a birthday party today here and everything was great. Staffs were very helpful and understanding. The host was such a lovely girl and helped the kids in the party room. The play area wasn't crowded at all and our kids could enjoy their time and running around without any dramas. Thanks Monkey Mania for such an amazing day.
This place isn’t too bad, it’s smaller than a lot of the other play centres but there’s still enough here to keep children entertained. The only thing that concerns me is the cleanliness. There is so much dust on top of the climbing equipment and it all just looks a little grotty to be honest. I know a lot of places are trying to keep costs down at the moment, but if anything, it’s now more than ever, that places need to be keeping clean. These places are a germ pit at the best of times. It’d be good if the equipment looked like it gets a clean. Asides from that, the prices are reasonable and the free coffee that came with the adult entry fee was good.
Busy, lots to do for lil ones. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the whole area. Floors and equipment were dirty and dusty, the tables and floor in eating space were littered with food rubbish. It was busy enough to have had someone being paid to keep clean and tidy throughout the day.
Nice place for the kids to enjoy - the staff are just ok however a lot of activities for the kids. There is a jumping castle , ball area , multiple slides , just remember there is a mandatory fees for the parents - 4.5 per adult but you get a free coffee ( which is horrible btw) so keep that in mind - cafe has fries , spring rolls, banana bread etc to munch on - outside food is not allowed but no one really checked .....overall 3 star
The place is fun for the kids, lots of space, fun activities. Now...One needs to talk about the CLEANNESS of the venue. The amount of hair and dust i witnessed was unacceptable. It was literally everywhere (floor, hanging out from the ceilings, on the mats etc...) I did not interact with the staff but they seemed very busy. Maybe more man power is needed in order to manage the place better and make the guest experience better. In my opinion, there is a complacency from the owner of the place. Shame because it has a lot to offer. With all do respect of course.
We 've just celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday at Top Ryde Monkey Mania. It was a pleasant experience. It's highly recommended. The sweet young girl who hosted the party was very helpful and very patient with the kids (07/02/2021). The room was not booked by any other party, so we could have the room and the table for the whole day and the timing was very flexible. The food and platters for kids and adults were as advertised (the quality and options could be better). Thank you Monkey Mania at Top Ryde!
Very poor service. The party host was nowhere to be found at the agreed start time. Dancing room did not work and staff did seem to know how to fix the issue and on top of everything, they decided to take the unfinished and drinks away after the party room was up. We kindly asked them if we can take the unfinished food and drinks to the dining tables but they did not allow us. This is silly since we paid for the food I think they should allow us to move ot to the dining tables. They can't expect kids will eat everything in 30 minutes. Very disappointing!
