They have done a great job from meeting us on site, explaining our options to following through after installation making minor adjustments and setup. All staff are courteous and competent especially Nathan who very promptly responded all our queries. We were kept informed of the progress of the application. Overall, they provided a great service with no hidden cost. The inverter quoted was discontinued and they substituted a larger inverter with no extra charge. The price quoted was what we paid.

Very easy to deal with. Sales person gave couple of brand and size options, not pushy at all. We were kept informed at every step as to when they would be here. and they were punctual, friendly and professional in the way they did our install. Very happy! Will recommend it to my friends. Btw. Sales consultant was pleasant to deal with. Came back with further system options when requested to accommodate my budget. Was never pushy. It was down to two companies with great reviews. They won out due to a more affordable system and short lead time for installation. After paying deposit a month later the system was installed. The five member installation team were on time and did a very professional job. They even brought more spare roof tiles to replace those that had broken leaving me with more spares than I had originally. The system was up and running immediately generating power. The next day their sales support person processed the metering request through to actewAGL. Based on my experience I would recommend Mondiaux solar to anyone considering solar.
The system has worked great. We have had one 0 electric bill and a few very low ones so far. I wish we had gotten a slightly larger system than the basic to get even more benefit. Good job Mondiaux Solar！
Great experience in dealing with Mondiaux. Nathan was very friendly and efficient in his quick response to our solar requirements and quote, presenting several options and prices. Nathan provided a site visit and drone inspection of our roof to better assess panel location. The install team did a great job and were very experienced and careful of our new roof restoration. The electrician performed high quality work and even installed my additional Wattwatcher device free of extra charge. The system is performing to expectations so far and will save our electricity charges over time. Overall a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend locally based Mondiaux for a high quality job.
Fantastic process from start to finish. Archie was more than helpful. Having heard two neighbors recently use the company for their installs I had him come out to look at mine. In-house visiting was very quick and he answered all my questions in detail. Sign up was easy as well. Installers were on time, professional and very helpful in their walk-through of the system. The job was neat and tidy and quality workmanship. Would highly recommend them.
The salesperson took some time and explained everything we needed to know with regards to the systems he was offering and gave us a couple of different options. Took around 4 weeks to arrange installation from the time we accepted and took one morning to actually install 18 panels.
Sales rep was very informative and happy to run various quotes based on different options. Installer on the day also very lovely. They submitted all paperwork to get rebate and the admin team always keep me in the loop. Wonderful experience.
