This is the third time I have experienced tail gating or road road from a VISA driver. This isn’t a coincidence as stated this isn’t the first time it has occurred. First time I was followed from coopers st to Fitzgerald road and just now on the wrong road just passing the ring road maccas I had a driver threatening me and asking em to pull over. Not sure what sort of organisation you are running but you need to look at the staff you hire

Visa Global Logistics Auckland is a complete nightmare to deal with, 70% of shipments have problems either lost, paperwork not filled out correctly, over a weeks wait is common for them to get a courier in to ship out a product. No amount of speaking with the staff or general manager over a period of 3 months made any difference. A really couldn't care less, your problem attitude. Impact on our business was massive, lost business, having to provide cash compensation to our customers, loss in customer good will, lost time in calling them and chasing them around every every day.
