A great family run nursery, lots of variety of home grown plants. You will find a good selection of gift ideas at much better pricing than the big super stores. Freindly service and excellent advice make this a nursery well worth visiting.
Unfortunately witnessed some pretty awful "customer service" the other day. As the server proceeded to extensively berate a women who asked a question. What could have been handled with a "no that's not a service we offer" was instead turned into an aggressive lecture and any time she tried to speak she was yelled at to stop because he wasn't finished yet. He then dragged other customers into the situation pointing out that "she's upset but I don't care". After she left he continued to go on to the other customer at great length about how little he cared that he upset her and how unreasonable she was. Absolutely will not be coming back here.
A local small family business. Very friendly and helpful owner, healthy plants and great variety. I hate to see some vicious comment made here against the owner and using sexist language such as "mansplaining"?? The owner is the most helpful and generous person! He carried all the items to my car for me, and giving extra little gifts as well. I would expect Covid has hit hard on small business such as Paddys. Some people really need to take their attitude somewhere else!! I wish Paddys all the best for the owner's hard work and dedication.
My experience was AWFUL. I asked a simple question and was submitted to 10 minutes of rude overbearing mansplaining at it's worst,the tone and attitude of this guy was deplorable.Do your business a favour and stay out the back with the plants as you have absolutely no customer skills or indeed common courtesy.
