WORST Customer service. Don't waste your time emailing them they never reply The guy PHIL said he would build me a hand pump. It's been over a month and still waiting to see if he has built it.. I ended up building it myself and it took me 2 Days... Completely useless Hi management Phil exact words were I'll build it for you.???? I only came to buy check valve So you need to talk to Phil About what your business does and does not do.

Got my fire pump and kit from these guys. Decent little machine that will do the job if I ever need it to.
One of my pumps blew up creating very low oxygen to my fish hatchery. Peter rang through to the supplier immediately and we were able to install a replacement within a few hours.
