Medical team was fine, and nice. I didn't have a long waiting time. The receptionist was the rudest person (an older lady) I have ever met in my entire life. My native language is not English, and I couldn't understand her properly through the glass, so she snapped at me multiple times. Even my friend noticed that she was rude. How do people like that find work?!

If anyone need Pathology test done, forget standing outside and in queues at other Pathologies as I have experienced this morning. Just pop into Monavale Hospital Gate 2 at the Urgent Care door, let them know you are there for Pathology and you will get the best service ever! Thank you Michelle at Pathology for assisting me this morning. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Took my 13 yr old son here after an accident which resulted in a very messy leg wound. He ended up requiring 11 stitches. The nurses and doctor were lovely and even though it was said to be busy, we were in and out within 2 hours (that included having an X-ray). Wonderful care.

Spectacular hospital. Kind caring exceptional doctors, nurses and reception too. Excellent location. Incredible views. Sensational service and top level care. Fabulous staff in all areas. Fantastic modern birth unit with home room and spa for brilliant relaxing soothing during birth procedure. Magnificent exercise pool. Terrific dental unit. Outstanding emergency department. All medical facilities required and accessable for private plus public service are the best available.

In April, I was rushed to Mona Vale Hospital and had an emergency operation for a perforated stomach ulcer. I was consequently in hospital, on Level 5, for 10 days. I would like to thank the doctors from Medical Team 1, all the lovely nurses and all the staff, down to the gentleman who wheeled me to X-ray, for their wonderful treatment, care and kindness to me during those 10 days. And also for the follow-up phone calls checking on me after I had left hospital. Thank you all very much. Julia Russell
