Dinner was amazing! Max the Som was very knowledgeable and we loved the cellar pairing. Paul was so nice and hospitable- his food was delicious! Loved it!

It’s a fusion restaurant. Food & matching wine made very unique taste. The live crayfish is the reason I gave 5 stars, as the meat is very fresh and succulent. Bubbles from the sparkling wine go after the fish roes, it excites the tongue.

Unusual experience of Caribbean cuisine. Amazing matching wine top notch 5 stars! but taste of first seafood dishes were rather too spicy for every guesses on the day I think at restaurant best in Sydney, should be able to twist the strength of this flavour to ones cannot take chilli… but I guess it then become unforgettable moment on the dish. Others dishes were unusual look and not knowing what to expect really make the dinning quite fun and interesting, although taste of the dishes some mimic other Asian dished (the mushroom with rice, the wrapping Savoy coconut) were reasonable enjoyable. Curry spiced Meat Pie or puff was also very intended flavour and nice. Overall the dishes themselves have own spice tastes but somehow look rather not high end ingredients and as 3 hat restaurant I might expect a bit more that what were presented. Service was top notch and welcoming 5 stars. It is sad to know the restaurant is closing down from July. It's an unusual experience of the not often seen cuisine.

The best dining experience I've ever had in Sydney. From the head chef welcoming you, to the delicious food and amazing drink pairing, everything was amazing. Our servers were all so friendly and knowledgeable.

One of my favorite restaurants in Sydney. I often ate at the bar and enjoyed the creative fusion dishes and the creative cocktails from the beverage manager. I’m sadden to hear that the restaurant will be closing this year and I won’t be able to go back for one last meal. Best wishes to the wonderful staff and Chef Carmichael.

The service was awesome and it was interesting seeing them finish the plating up in front of you, but the food was pretty ordinary. The first course was awesome - but after that a lot of the dishes were pretty confusing and the desserts were way too sweet. I'm not sure if they change the menu quite regularly or not though? It was Caribbean/ Jamaican inspired when I went

Went there a few months ago for my birthday dinner. Didn’t know it’s Caribbean cuisine before visiting - always thought it was Japanese given the name Momofuku. Really nice surprise though! Flavorful food and portions were very generous that we were actually pretty stuffed before the last couple of dishes

First time having Caribbean cuisine I think, it was a cool experience with fantastic service. The team was super lovely. I love the pre-dining survey letting you choose the type of experience you prefer. I love the seafood platter a lot especially the chilli one on the top. Too much food though, my stomach was going to explode after finishing them all.
