Been a customer of Momentum Energy for last 14 years. I have been happy with ME but they keep showing notices on my bills that there is a cheaper plan even when I am on their cheapest plan? So I am switching again, now!
I have been with Momentum Energy for a number of years now and I find them so easy to deal with and I like the fact I am dealing with local call centres. Nothing has ever been a problem and they alert my to better plans and cost savings when I get my bills.
First switched over 3 years ago when we moved house. Significantly better solar feed in tariffs than any other company would offer, plus Aussie owned and good renewable options. I called to confirm these prices and spoke to someone lovely and very helpful. I needed to call back a few days later following a minor address issue, and was offered to be put through to the same customer service person who was again very helpful. I have had no complaints at all. I have just switched to a different plan with better pricing after momentum pointed out that we could save money by changing plans and again have not had any issues. Really happy with this company. Thank you!
