They spelt the name incorrectly although my spelling was correct in my original request. They are now telling me the only way to fix it is to pay for another one and I will get free shipping WOWEE!!! They're saying because I approved the draft with the spelling error that it is my fault, why would I check the spelling when it was correct in the first place????? I've contacted the company and they continue to argue with me, terrible customer service. I am not sure how it becomes my problem when it is the staff who have made the spelling mistake. Also worth mentioning is that I was told it takes 2-3 business days for Victoria, my order was placed on 13th October, the proof wasn't received until 21st October (That's a whole week) and then I didn't receive it until the 26th October so not a realistic time frame given either. Thanks for ruining a birthday present there is nothing KOOL about your company or customer service!
