We got board that ended up being defective and was losing its color in less than a year from the HPP group. This was in a walk in robe that doesn't get sunlight or moisture. We called them to check it out and they would not even go out to look at the problem!!! Now I am stuck with the problem. Their rep is totally useless in this and even arrogant on the phone!! In addition to this, there were pieces cut incorrectly or missing bits on a regular basis from these guys! I used them for over a year before deciding to go elsewhere as they never even admitted to any of their mistakes!!!
