I have rarely experienced such caring and thoughtful support from a company. There has been a recurrent problem with a unit we purchased (no fault of moisture cure) and these people have gone out of their way repeatedly to help and continue to offer support long after their warranty obligations ended. I recommend them highly.

I have recently sought the professional service of the great people of Moisture Cure.. I was amazed at what they were able to do for my storage unit which was turned into an entertainment area. The product they recommended has solved our issues with both humidity and bad smell... Thanks Moisture Cure... Nasser

Hello, we have had the dehumidifier system installed under our house, the difference in the dampness & odours was almost immediate. I suffer from chronic asthma & bronchitis, & from the first moment I stepped inside I couldn’t believe the difference in my breathing & also how much my Ventolin intake has reduced. The carpet has completely dried out within a couple of weeks & the nasty odours in the built-in wardrobes & kitchen cupboards has disappeared completely. The internal dehumidifier is keeping the interior of the house at a very comfortable 50% humidity, perfect for asthmatics, this also keeps the air free of those nasty little flying particles that keep your throat tickling & cause coughing. AMAZING. Thank you Moisture Cure.

I asked Moisture Cure to do a moisture evaluation of my new home. The bamboo floorboards were warped and tenting. The ensuite was damp and moist. The flooring company sent out two reps, the local rep and the Australian rep. They both identified moisture issues in the walls. The termite guy's moisture meter went crazy in the ensuite and he identified a leak in the ensuite shower. I mentioned this to the guy from Moisture Cure but he ignored it. He arrived with flat batteries in his moisture meter. He replaced the batteries and said the house was fine. I was concerned with water stains beneath the white paint on the door jam in the ensuite. He said he thought I was just looking for problems. The Moisure Cure guy said all I needed was to buy two dehumidifiers to run at either end of my house. It cost 250 for the report from Moisture Cure. Two weeks after his visit the tiles on the kickboard under the vanity fell off and the kickboard was sodden and swollen. The kickboard was replaced and retiled. Finally, the building supervisor sawed a cm off the bottom of the door jam and dirty brown water poured out onto the tiles. The shower was leaking and was water proofed 4 times before they identified the faulty washer in the tap. It was replaced and we haven't had an issue since. I sent Moisture Cure an email but never received any correspondance. I find it interesting that I identified genuine moisture problems but he didn't. It was a waste of money and the report from Moisture Cure, isn't worth the paper it's written on.

This guy charges you 250 for the privilege of having him try and sell you an outrageously priced and unnecessary dehumidification system. The 'report' has no advice on specific problem areas for moisture or potential remedies. A complete waste of time and money engaging with this business. **edited to add** Thanks for your reply Bob. Having now lived in the house for a year I’m happy to report we luckily have no problems with mould or damp. Thankfully we didn’t spend thousands of dollars on the system moisture cure recommended to us. I believe the assessment is overpriced and the company has an agenda to find problems to sell their product. Buyer beware. If you have any issues with moisture in your home I recommend getting an assessment from a builder first.

We had a great experience with Moisture Cure. We were throwing money away hand over fist until Bob solved our problem. Very professional, and very responsive. Thanks Bob!
